We opened our doors on Nicollet Avenue in Burnsville with a small espresso machine, a borrowed oven, and a team that cared deeply about doing things right — sourcing responsibly, baking from scratch, and treating every guest like they're visiting friends.

Today, we're still that same shop. The coffee is still pulled with intention, the pastries still arrive before dawn, and the chairs are still arranged so you can actually have a conversation.
